Sammi is a graduate of the Bachelor of Design (Performance Design and Landscape Architecture) from the University of Melbourne. She has a passion for exploring different forms of design and crafting, from spatial storytelling and scenography to material experimentation and ecological design thinking.
Her work often investigates the relationship between space, memory, and emotion, translating conceptual ideas into immersive visual experiences. In this project Eurydice , Sammi translates the journey of memory, from remembrance to loss, into a shifting visual world. By reimagining the boundary between the underworld and the upper through layered compositions, subtle transitions, and an expressive use of light, she produces a stage space that is organized yet whimsical.
Her practice continues to evolve through curiosity, collaboration, and commitment toward crafting meaningful sensory experiences.
