Maddie Garwood, is a Lighting and Vision designer, programmer and technician from Melbourne, Australia. She is interested in creating meaningful works with darker tones and striking visuals. Garwood thrives when working with large complex systems that are challenging and rewarding. She is interested in the world of circus and dance, focusing on set electrics and programming. She is proud of collaborating creatively and producing her own dance work ‘Cthulhu’ for the Victorian College of the Arts’ (VCA) Muse Festival. In 2025 she interned with Australian Ballet on their National Tour and with FORM IMAGINATION in their set electrics department. Some of Maddie's credits includes being the Deputy Electrician ‘Oceans’, Head Electrician on ‘UN-TETHERED’ , Lighting Designer on ‘The Other Shore’ and Vision designer on ‘Pluriverse’.
