Poster Design for ‘Pulse’ – a reusable water bottle branding campaign.
The purpose of ‘Pulse’ is to bring water to the forefront of healthy living. Our group wanted a product that was very obviously healthy with no added nasties, that gave the consumer vitality and longevity. Our product is irreverent and bold, aimed at younger adults living in urban and suburban areas with an eco-conscious and health mindset, who gravitate towards products that are transparent and authentic. Our brand values are vitality, eco warriors, sass and bluntness. Using bold colours and images of street scenes of Melbourne, the font “Obviously” combined with the images, communicates clarity, bold honesty, and humour.
I worked with Indigo and Eloise to amplify the benefits of water through our branding of a reusable and sustainable water bottle, while subverting ultra-processed foods and beverages.
Truck Design for 'Pulse' - a reusable water bottle branding campaign.
Bold and vibrant colours and brand elements combine to enhance the brand values of sass, vitality, eco-warriors and bluntness. Primary colours brought the idea of everything going back to basics; water with nothing added, required for health and longevity. 'Obviously' is a playful, geometric sans-serif that mixes boldness and humour with strong modern legibility. It’s designed to feel confident and witty, while keeping a human, slightly quirky edge — perfect for brands with sass, energy, and personality.

Back of Truck Design for 'Pulse' - a reusable water bottle branding campaign.
Thinking of where drivers as consumers will see the truck in traffic, the bold statement was deliberately placed to evoke thoughts of drinking water for cardiac and general health.

Neue Haas Grotesk Text Pro - Type Specimen
Envelope used to hold folded Type Specimen. Neue Haas Grotesk Text Pro, the original Helvetica, is simple, clear, legible and universally recognised. The snow signified the natural simplicity, and the Swiss flag is revealed through the reduction of the text.
Neue Haas Grotesk Text Pro - Type Specimen printable document
Concrete poetry, coupled with Swiss design and the term mountain guide, displays the versatility of this modern neo-grotesque typeface.
Neue Haas Grotesk Text Pro - Type Specimen
A folded example of the printable document. The smaller dimension of a specimen paid homage to the text pro that is cleaner and more legible in diminished sizes.

Digital Illustration for Hope's Spectacle
Using analogue and digital illustrative techniques, a children's book exhibited at the end-of-year exhibition graphically presented the juxtaposition of childhood innocence alongside the visually saturated media and advertising imposing itself from the public to the private sphere. The timelapse ironically placed alongside the book is to draw viewers attention while the motion distracts from the still images within the book.
Hope's Spectacle Body Pages
Taking the ideas of Guy Debord's 'Society of the Spectacle' and Tony Curtis's documentary 'Century of the Self', Hope's Spectacle explores the juxtaposition of childhood innocence alongside the visually saturated advertising and media. Graphically depicted, the soft watercolour sits jarringly next to the vector designs and questions the switching off back to being in the present moment, shutting out the visual noise.
Hope's Spectacle stickers
Adapted branding for satirical reflections taken from the book to be exhibited at the end-of-year exhibition.
Things May Have Been Different
Using the different flags and male political leaders of countries, heads were superimposed upon female domestic and sexualised images. A sociopolitical review from a gendered standpoint.

As a designer based in Melbourne and the Geelong area, with experience in print and digital media, I have a focus on colour, type, and bold visual storytelling. My interest in graphic design is to take critical theory and conceptual concerns to develop visually expressive properties through demonstrative design outcomes. I focus on crafting dynamic, meaningful visuals that connect audiences and ideas through strong conceptual thinking and refined design execution, combining strategic thinking with playful, contemporary aesthetics. My future aim is to join a dynamic and enthusiastic team where I can use my skills as a conceptual and illustrative designer to contribute to variable and multifaceted projects with a social conscience.
